This is my application to purchase a share in one
of Happy Hooves' fine beef cows as chosen above.
Because of the nature of raising grass fed beef there is
no guarantee that a beef cow will be ready for me at
any specific time but an approximate date only.
Processing fee is determined by hanging weight and my
delivered weight will depend on my packaging choices.
My final packaging options choices will be determined
between me and the processor at the time of processing.
My choices will affect the fee due the processor, and I will
be completely responsible for that fee and realize it must
be paid to the processor to receive my meat.
I will pick up or receive delivery of my beef as soon as it
is ready and will pay the entire balance due to the farmer
BEFORE picking it up. The balance due to the farmer is
also dependant upon the hanging weight of the beef.
Roughly a whole cow hanging weight is 600 lbs but
could be 400 - 800 lbs + / - depending on breed, sex,
genetics, etc...
